Information for Educators
Thank you for coming to learn more about what Be In Health Foundation can offer for your students.
As you already know, students who are lacking for basic needs like nutrition and wellness will experience reduced academic performance -- which sets an unhealthy foundation for their future. We want to change that path for these children.
Be In Health Foundation seeks to provide equity and dignity to those who are in need of healthcare. We partner with local medical professionals to provide basic wellness services, at no or low cost, to students in need.
Our collaboration with local school districts means that we will rely on educators to help us identify students in need and connect them with services. Our pilot program is underway now on many campuses. Please fill out our form, for more information.
About 1 in 5 children in the U.S. have untreated cavities, with children from lower income families almost twice as likely to struggle with this. Preventive oral care is a priority for Be In Health.
Childhood vaccines are a critical aspect of community health. Polio, diphtheria, measles, rubella, and mumps immunization allow us to feel secure about sending children out into the community.
All children deserve access to regular visits with a pediatrician, who can also provide wellness and nutrition information to parents and guardians.
